The following remarks are submitted in response to the of?ce action on the above
application dated March 13, 2009, (the Of?ce Action).
Amendment
The Examining Attorney stated that the identi?cation of goods must be clari?ed and
amended to a multiclass application. In response, Applicant requests an amendment to
Application Serial No. 77/636,315 to identify the goods in compliance with Examining
Attorneys request but requests that the additional class be omitted. Therefore, the amended
recitation of goods Wiil appear as follows:
International Class 041: Educational publications for children,
namely, books, worksheets, booklets and word or phonics cards
featuring instructional information in the ?eld of reading.
