RESPONSE

This is in Response to the Office Action of May 12, 2016 regarding the above-referenced
application. Please enter the following amendments:

CONSENT REQUIRED

The Applicant hereby submits the following consent in support of the withdrawal of the
refusal under Section 2(c):

“The name shown in the mark identifies LACY CAMPBELL, a living individual
whose consent is of record.”

SUBSTITUTE SPECIMEN

The Applicant hereby submits the attached substitute specimens for Classes 003 and 044 for
the applied for and the identified goods and services associated with the mark. The enclosed
specimen refers to a promotional flyer of services and certifies that it was in actual use in commerce
at least as early as the filing date of the application.

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Applicant hereby amends the identification to the following:

“Class 3: Body care products, namely, body butters, body and bath oils, liquid soaps,
bar soaps, massage oils, non-medicated bath salts, body scrubs, body jellies, lotions,
creams, non-medicated lip balm, facial cleansers, facial toners, shaving lotion; hair
shampoos, hair rinses, hair conditioners, hair pomades, hair oils; perfumes and
fragrances.”

DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK

Applicant hereby accepts the more accurate description of the applied-for mark:

“The mark consists of the words “LACY CAMPBELL” in cursive font above the
word “ARTISTRY” which is divided into three parts, “ART”, “IST”,”RY”, which
are separated by two hyphenation points with a line on either side.”

DISCLAIMER

Applicant hereby disclaims the wording ARTISTRY” in the mark in relation to classes 003
and 044. No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “ARTISTRY” apart from the mark as
shown.
