This is in response to the office action mailed 11.19.09 in connection with the abovereferenced
application.
Amendment
Applicant hereby request that the application previously submitted be amended to seek registration in
International Class 44 instead of International Class 42.
Applicant makes the following disclaimer. No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “microIipo”
apart from the mark as shown.
Applicant submits another newspaper advertisement as a substitute specimen herewith.
Conclusion
In view ofthe foregoing, Applicant submits that its Application is in condition for allowance, and
requests that it be promptly granted registration.
